In July 2010, the Hawke’s Bay Museum and Art Gallery closed its doors to undergo a significant redevelopment and rebranding project. The goal was to repackage, refurbish, and re-present its extensive collection of historical content.

DallowBoss was engaged to provide consultancy services and develop a comprehensive wayfinding strategy, ensuring visitors experience a seamless journey through the three newly interconnected buildings. We collaborated with Beehive Creative to design the venue’s wayfinding signage and maps for printed collateral.

Reopening in September 2013 as MTG Hawke’s Bay, the Museum, Theatre, and Gallery proudly showcase the region’s taonga, performances, and art.
